1 6-8lb ham
¼ cup Dijon mustard
¼ cup honey
2 tbsp butter, melted
¼ tsp Mendocino Spices Ground Cloves
1 pinch Mendocino Spices Ground Allspice
2 tsp Mendocino Spices Onion Powder
1 tsp Mendocino Spices Ground Paprika
½ tsp Mendocino Spices Ground Cayenne
1/2 tsp Mendocino Spices Ground Ginger
Mendocino Spices All-Purpose Seasoning, to taste
– Trim ham if needed, then place in slow cooker. Combine Dijon mustard, honey, melted butter, and Mendocino Spices then massage over ham. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
– Slice against the grain and serve warm.
