Ranch is the staple condiment to have on hand in my house. We put in on everything from salads to tacos to veggies. If you’re like me, I am almost never inclined to eat cut up vegetables as a snack, but when it’s dipped in ranch I totally will. And ranch starring Mendocino Spices All-Purpose Seasoning is bound to be delicious. Most store-bought healthy ranch variations include many additives that you cannot even pronounce. All the ingredients this recipe is natural and pack a little bit of protein with the addition of Greek yogurt. This keeps for up to a week, but it most likely will not last that long!
· 1 ½ oz yellow onion, roughly chopped
· 16 oz fat free greek yogurt
· 6 tbsp low fat mayonnaise
· 1-1 ½ tbsp Mendocino Spices All-Purpose Seasoning
· 1 tbsp distilled vinegar
· Blend all ingredients in a blender and enjoy on salads, wings, and with veggies.
