2 cups garlic cloves
2 cups olive oil
6 Pepitos Chilitos Chile de Arbol chiles
3 bay leaves
2 tsp Mendocino Spices Dried Rosemary
Salt, to taste
-Peel garlic cloves and add all ingredients to a small saucepan.
-Simmer garlic and oil over low heat for 45 minutes to an hour until garlic is smooth like butter and can be poked with a fork.
-Serve with toasted a toasted baguette and on vegetables!
