16 oz tomatoes
9 oz cucumbers
6 oz feta, cubed
¼ cup Mediterranean Olive Oil Dip
Mendocino Spices All-Purpose Seasoning, to taste
1. Mix all ingredients until thoroughly combined.
2. Season to taste with Mendocino Spices All-Purpose Seasoning. Serve and keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
