1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp Mendocino Spices Ground Ginger
1 tsp Mendocino Spices Garlic Powder
Mendocino Spices Crushed Red Pepper (optional)
Mendocino Spices Hulled Sesame Seeds, for garnish
1/3 carrots
1/3 sugar snap peas
1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, water, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, ground ginger, and garlic powder.
2. Cook the ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cool water to prevent from sticking.
3. While the ramen is cooking, in a large skillet over medium heat, spray pan with cooking spray and add soy sauce/honey mixture. Once sauce comes to a simmer add veggies.
4. As soon as the sugar snap peas turn bright green, turn heat to low and add ramen noodles. Remove from heat once sauce has evenly coated the noodles.
5. Garnish with Mendocino Spices sesame seeds and crushed red pepper.
