This chicken was made for spicy lovers! Traditional Nashville Hot Chicken is fried, but this slow cooked version packs the same punch as the original recipes with Mendocino Spices. Consisting of fire-like flavors with smoky notes from Mendocino Spices chipotle and ancho. I serve this hot chicken on a toasted water roll with melted white cheddar cheese, ranch, and dill pickle slices. This would also be great on a tortilla for a Tex-Mex bite to eat.
